Feeling Lucky!

Welcome, March 2021! We have now entered the one-year mark of Covid-19, ugh! As challenging as this year has proven to be, we have survived, yay!

We are all seeing the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. Vaccines are coming, slowly, but they are coming. This gives us all hope for summer with friends and family. We also have the luck of the Irish on our side this month! I do not know about you, but I plan on hunting down rainbows and searching for that pot of gold. What about the four-leaf clover, or the tiny leprechaun hiding and wreaking havoc?

Besides all the shenanigans, I look forward to cooking all those hearty Irish dishes. Corned beef and cabbage anyone? How about a warm slice of Irish soda bread, yum! I can smell the warmth already. Do not forget that pint of beer and your lucky shamrock! Most importantly, remember to wear green on March 17th or you might have a sore arm from all the pinching, ouch!

I encourage you all to explore the comfort food of the Irish. So many pies, stews, and soups to explore. Need to stock up on spices? We have you covered, stop on by and let us help you complete your meal. May the luck of the Irish be with you, my friends.

This is the last month of winter and we look forward to more sunshine and longer days. If you find yourself downtown stop by and say hello, we miss you!
