Madras curry is a must have staple in your spice cabinet. The beauty of this blend is its lack of chili/heat. This allows for a wide range of uses. Use Madras is soups, stews, add to chicken or tuna salad, use with yogurt to make a meat marinade or vegetable dip. Add to salad dressings, or use as a rub in meats. Like potato salad?
